📦 Returns Eligibility

At Naheed Collection, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for UK & USA orders

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number/email) is required

❌ Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom-stitched outfits

  • Made-to-order or altered items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (jewelry, dupattas sold separately, etc.)

Due to the nature of luxury and custom fashion, these items cannot be resold.

  • Exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability

  • Customers may request a size exchange (if applicable)

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
