Cancellation Policy

 

At Naheed Collection, we strive to process every order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. As many of our products are made to order and enter production shortly after purchase, please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
  • Cancellation requests received within this period will be considered only if the order has not already been packed or entered production.
  • While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed.

After 24 Hours

  • After 24 hours of placing your order, it is automatically transferred to our stitching and production unit for fabric cutting, stitching, and quality preparation.
  • Once an order has entered production, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Requesting a Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within the 24-hour cancellation window.
  • We recommend contacting us via phone or WhatsApp for the fastest assistance, as email responses may take up to 2 business days.

Cancellation Fee

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing, administrative, and operational costs.

Non-Cancellable Items

The following orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed or entered production:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Pre-order items
  • Products specifically marked as non-refundable
  • Any order that has already entered the stitching, cutting, or production process

Refund Timeline

  • If your cancellation request is approved, the remaining refund amount (after deducting the applicable cancellation fee) will be processed using your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

By placing an order with Naheed Collection, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy. We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before completing their purchase, as production begins shortly after the 24-hour cancellation window expires.
