In-store purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Requests

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Remain unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be returned in its original condition

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

Products Excluded from Returns

For hygiene, customization, and resale reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-stitched outfits

  • Made-to-order designs

  • Altered garments

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Accessories, including jewelry and separately sold dupattas

Exchange Requests

Where stock is available, customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Size exchanges are offered where applicable and only if an incorrect size was sent by us.

  • Exchange availability depends on stock levels at the time of request.

  • Shipping charges associated with exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Timeline

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receiving.

Once approved:

  • Customers will receive confirmation via email.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing generally takes 7–10 business days.

Financial institutions may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Shipping & Return Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

Naheed Collection cannot be held responsible for returns lost, damaged, or delayed during transit.

  • Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, and device screen settings.

  • Minor variations in embroidery, embellishments, fabric texture, and finishing may occur .

  • Such differences are considered normal characteristics of handcrafted fashion and do not constitute defects.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • The purchased item is a replica or inspired version of a designer style.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review your request quickly, provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item received

  • A brief description of the issue /Claims can be submitted via email or WhatsApp.

International Orders

For UK & USA and other international deliveries:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Customs-related delays are outside the control of Naheed Collection and cannot be used as grounds for cancellation or refund.
