• Every outfit is crafted with attention to detail, and many of our designs feature handcrafted embroidery and embellishments.Due to the handcrafted nature of our embroidery and embellishments, a variation of up to 5–10% may occur in design details, placement, or finishing. • Please handle all garments with care. For best results and to preserve the quality of the fabric and embellishments, professional dry cleaning is highly recommended. We cannot accept responsibility for damage, discoloration, shrinkage, or embellishment loss caused by washing, ironing, steaming, or cleaning methods other than those recommended.

• Natural fabrics such as Lawn and Cotton may experience slight shrinkage after washing. To help maintain the garment’s original condition, please follow the care instructions provided.

• Please note that slight differences in measurements, embroidery placement, fabric texture, and finishing may occur due to the production process. Such variations are considered normal and are not eligible for claims, exchanges, or refunds.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the unique nature of handcrafted garments, including minor variations in color, design details, measurements, and embellishments.

• Please Note: We are unable to accept claims related to color differences, minor design variations, fabric shrinkage, embellishment movement, or damage resulting from improper care, handling, or cleaning.

• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach, whitening agents, stain removers, or strong detergents, as they may damage the fabric and embellishments.

• Handle Wet Fabric Gently: Avoid wringing, twisting, or squeezing the fabric when wet, as this may cause creasing, distortion, or permanent marks.

• Keep Away from Direct Sun Exposure: Dry garments in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may lead to color fading.

• Use Low to Medium Heat for Ironing: Always iron on a suitable temperature setting. For embellished garments, iron from the reverse side or place a protective cloth over the fabric.

• Wash Similar Colors Together: To minimize the risk of color transfer, wash light and dark shades separately.

• Pre-Treatment Before Stitching: We recommend soaking unstitched fabric in clean water for 10–15 minutes before stitching to allow natural fabric settling.

• Professional Dry Cleaning Preferred: For best results and long-lasting quality, professional dry cleaning is strongly advised, especially for embroidered and embellished articles.

• Store with Care: Keep garments in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct heat. Avoid overcrowding in wardrobes to protect delicate embellishments.

• Avoid Direct Contact with Perfumes and Sprays: Perfumes, deodorants, and other chemical sprays may affect fabric color and decorative elements.

• Avoid machine drying: Machine drying may cause shrinkage, fabric stress, or damage to embroidery and embellishments.

• Availability of Details: Certain fabrics, laces, embellishments, or decorative elements may be substituted with similar alternatives if required, while maintaining the overall look and quality of the outfit.
